I had similar bug to this one
(CHORD track = wrong chord edited)
so i’m not sure if it’s a new one or a new version but there it is :
I want to edit chords on the chord track.
I double click on a chord and hit midi keyB to input chord.
it works.
But every next chord I edit this way, the previous one I just did is also changing although not selected.
And now (this part is new) I get an error message from nuendo (a serious problem etc…)
any one has this ?

Do you have the *.dmp/ips file available?
Mac: macOS Console utility > Crash Reports (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).

That session is now behaving normaly. But yes I had several crash dumps. It’s a session I closed an reopen and was buging the same way. for some reason I changed some chords randomly since your message and don’t have this anymore.
File is >4M so I put it here not sure how long available :
