Nuendo doesn't open using eLicenser 6.12 update

Hi to all!!!
So, i have a problem with eLicenser versions…
I have nuendo 5.1.1 and its ok with EL 6.00, but when i try to install el 6.12 (update), my nuendo not start. What the problem?
Macos 10.14.6
