Is there a place in Nuendo Live 2 where I can arm and disarm groups of tracks with a single click?
If not, where can I send a feature request?

Above the track list, you can record Enable/Record Disable all tracks at once.
If you want to Record Enable/Record Disable just some tracks, select them and enable/disable record. All selected tracks should follow. If not, I would try to hold down some keyboard modifier, like Alt or Shift or both.
