Odd behavior - Drum editing

I’ve had this happening for a while… C13 and C14 for sure…
Editing a drum part for GA. I drag a note to another sound (MIDI note) and when I drop it, it snaps back to the original location.


Weird.

Perhaps the Track is locked.
