Often can't select multiple events with mouse

With Nuendo 13 I have more often than not the problem that I can’t select multiple events with the mouse. Sometimes not even when using upper case key. Is there a solution for that?

Check the settings if the option select events under cursor is on, if so turn it off.

The setting was always off.
And only sometimes it is is doing as it should.
