Why do I have “old” folder greyed out in the list of “Favorite folders” in the File Tab when I select “Save as…”?
And how can I remove them, I can’t select them and remove the link manually?

Probably they don’t match an existing folder.
To remove one, right click on it.

I tried that, but I can’t right click on it to make it “selected” and remove it.
When trying that I remove another folder that is currently selected instead.
