Purchased and downloaded Elements into Stienberg Library. The library asked for a download code but rejected the code from Soundiron then processed the program anyway. The library is showing both Micro, which came with Dorico and works fine and Elements in the same location on the C drive but Elements does not appear in Dorico…
NI is flagging up that the program needs “repair”. But I am unable to relocate the file to any location shown in Dorico Preferences.
Did you buy it from Steinberg, or from Soundiron? The latter requires the Kontakt player: the Olympus Elements from Steinberg runs in the HALion player.
If “NI” means Native Instruments, then you need to repair your installation of their software.
Yes Native Instrument are causing the hold up but I have downloaded for a second time but still stuck.
