Every time I press the F key for the piano synth. It gives me a error that says.
“The on screen keyboard filtered this key command”.
It does the same things for certain on screen keyboard notes.

F key is assigned to the specific command by default in Cubase (Auto scroll pages in the Project window or Editors). Therefore you get this message while press this Key Command.
