One click one track highlighter

Is there a shortcut where I have five separate punch ins on one of my tracks so that I could click the track one time and see that entire track on my staff editor instead of clicking the five punch ins individually?

Hi,

What do you mean by punch ins?

Do you mean, you have multiple MIDI Parts or Audio Events on the track? If this is the case, you can:

  • Edit > Select > All on Selected Track.
  • Open the wanted editor (Key Editor, Score Editor, List Editor, … for the MIDI data or Sample Editor for the Audio Event).

Hi Martin,

let’s say while creating the instrumental midi track Live I wanted to do it by 16 bar measures (also known as punch-ins instead of doing the entire take of 128 bars in one take

Hi,

So do you mean takes, which are organized to the Lanes in Cubase?

yes. takes recorded at different points on the track

Hi,

Still the same:

thank you Martin I just thought there was a one key shortcut to do this

Hi,

You can make a Macro out of it and assign a Key Command.
