I cannot figure out how to write a second voice in a one line staff (e. g. bass drum). Is there any possibility to do this? Moreover I don’t know where to find the solution in the manual …

If I understand correctly, you want something like this:
Perhaps with snare drum stems up and bass drum stems down, each in its own voice?
If so, first create a percussion kit with the instruments you want. Edit the instrument definition to have only one staff line. Edit the kit to put each instrument on the staff where you want it (ie, above and below the middle line) and edit the lower instrument on the staff to be in down-stem voice 1.
Last, change your layout options for the score (and/or the percussion part) so that the percussion player you created displays as a “5-line” staff (because you edited the definition earlier, it will display as in my first example above).
