I have embraced Fill View since it was introduced last year, although I mostly notate in Page View and sometimes Galley View (akin to Finale’s Scroll View). But one thing that I really like about it: it makes for pretty good cover art. I used it for two albums last year, one open-instrumentation piece (the recording uses two vibraphones and piano) and a work for wordless chorus. It reminds me a bit of an artwork (last image below) by a friend and neighbor of mine that he created based on an old two-hour piano work of mine (and I subsequently used his art as an album cover. The possibilities are endless.
