I bought a cubase 15 upgrade from 6 and then the link disappeared before I could save it and now after checking my email there is no receipt of purchase. Just a charge on the card I used. The support is impossible and I’m really short on time. Who can help me?

Remember that the Download Access Code will be sent to the email account that you used during the purchase. It doesn’t have to be the email adress which is associated with your Steinberg account.
