Is it possible to have an open bar that spans a passage that contains multiple changes of time signatures?
The closest I can get is to copy/paste the open bar mark at each time signature change, but I really need a single open bar from bar 230 to the double-bar line, in the Clarinet part.

You could use local tick barlines in the clarinet with tick-adj to hide them. I guess you already use local time signatures in the clarinet. It’s also possible if you make all the time signatures local in all staffs and then delete the ones including barlines you don’t need in the clarinet, but a lot of work. could have unforeseen consequences.
