Well it looks like I need to use an optical connection to be able to tie the 2 MR816’s together. My question is it a Toslink connector or what kind of optical audio cable do I need for the two MR816’s? I looked in the manual but it doesn’t say. Pain in the rear to get to the back of them easily so I thought I’d ask here before starting demolition. Never used fiber optic before and want to make sure I order the right thing. Thanks for any input.
Toslink should be fine !
(thats the annoying thing… if u use FW cable u cant use direct monitoring on the second unit !)
and with toslink sample rates won’t update on second unit when changing !!!
