I am renewing my computer and I would like the configuration to be the most compatible, stable and optimal knowing that my sound card is a RME UFX 2

Which processor to choose, Intel i9 or intel i7?
It was also said that the i5 was very good and suitable for audio, but I will also have to perform video tasks after effect & premiere
A technician advised me pentium, in general, because it is simply what is more widespread, but especially that all components (motherboard, processor, graphics card) are "pentium "for the best possible compatibility, do you have other elements to give me?
Windows 10 home? I was told it would be best?
Is there a problem in selecting the material I chose?
