Optimize settings in Windows 7 64bit?

Is there a link to how to Optimize settings in Windows 7 64bit for Cubase Pro 8?

I recently bought Pro tools 11 and Avid has a page for these suggested settings.
(I’m back to using Cubase mostly for the lack of drum editor in PT’s)
