Option for mouse wheel usage.

I said this about C7 and C7.5 but I will toss it in again for C8.
I wish there was an option to have the mouse wheel ONLY perform “navigation” type functions.
For example, scrolling around in racks, zooming, etc. It is just too easy to accidentally change a value on one of the Quick Controls, EQ in the mixer, fader levels, send levels, etc.
I have seen in some plug-ins where the mouse wheel can only change knobs, faders, and value boxes, etc. when a modifier key, like “CTRL” is held down.

This along with accidentally clicking directly on something and changing a value when simply trying to focus a different window is one one of the reasons I wish there was undo/redo.
