option+shift B does not write B in the octave above

What are the Key commands which can be changed? It seems that (MacOS) shift+alt(option)+(A-G for note value) is hardcoded for note above and ctrl+(A-G for note value) is hardcoded for note below.

I don’t see a configuration allowing for altering shift+alt(option) or ctrl as modifiers to the note pitch keyboard shortcuts.

I also did not see an open issue specifically for Shift+Alt+B or mentioning this specific key combination as being worked. Is there a QTBUG to follow?

Last, and only tangentially related. I wish the “Key Commands” would allow for focusing on the currently defined function when “Press Shortcut” matches a current assignment. As of now, the UI only tells you which root category has a match - but not the specific command.
