Options to Enable Channel Strips' EQ by default or not?

Hello!

I found each new created audio tracks/group has an EQ enabled inside its channel strip.
Even it costs 0.00001 system usage, some people like me doesn’t like these kinds of gift, and probably turn them off manually for each tracks.
So is there an option to disable the EQ when creating audio tracks by default?

By default, the bands are set to OFF. There is nothing that suggests any processing is being used by virtue of them existing.

But I do see the spectrum working even the bands are off.
It means each track is doing FFT calculation.

At all times you imagine, or just when viewing?
