Output Arcade doesn't work in Cubase, but it works standalone

when I load Arcade in Cubase it stucks in init custom kit. It perceive my keyboard’s input but I can’t click something else like settings, browse whatever. But when I load it standalone it works fine. I’ve been searched about this issue such a long time. I deleted Arcade clearly and reinstall, checked my window and Cubase’s Hidpi settings etc. But I can’t fix this troubleshoot with whole bunch of things.

Please help me. How can I solve this problem?
Maybe I lost something in solutions what I did?
I’m using Cubase 10.5, Windows 10

Hello, I have the same problem as you, after my research I found the problem, although the results of our problems are the same, but there is no guarantee that my method will work for you, now I tell you my method.

  1. check your vst3 directory, make sure you deleted Arcade’s vst3 file.
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
  2. Check your vst2 folder, make sure your DAW is in the right path, and there is an Arcade.vst2 file under the path, so as to make sure your DAW is loaded with Arcade’s vst2 file.
  3. Open the DAW, test whether it can be used properly, I follow the above operation can already be used normally, good luck!

Can’t find any Vst2 of Arcade
