Output midi creation

I have no Output Midi connection configured.

In the layer window, I want to choose the output midi. So I click on my Output Midi device and a window appears asking to set a visual Output name. If I click on Cancel, it is the same effect as OK button. The connection is created.

This is not a bug. If you select an output and there is no port assigned to it yet, it will create one. If you don’t change the text, or press cancel, a port is created with the hardware port name. You may re-select if you selected the prot accidently.
