Padshop 2 - all samples missing

Hi!
I just noticed that all samples for the patches in Padshop 2 are missing, means if I load a patch, I don’t get an error message and I can see that the parameters of each patch are loaded but the display of the sample(s) being used it just empty, hence there is no sound. I have the VST Sounds installed and the Library Manager does not show any issues, location contains the sound set files. I wonder where the samples are? In the default location there is just a “User Samples” folder with a demo sample, which I then can load and get a sound. But the patch related samples are missing.
Any ideas?

I’m having a similar problem with Padshop after updating to Cubase 13. Did you ever find a solution?

i do not know what OS you work with, but in Windows the folder:
C:\ProgramData\Steinberg\Content\Padshop\VST Sound
ProgramData is a hidden folder in Windows.
in this folder you must see this 2 files at least:
FCP_SMT_113_Padshop.vstsound
FCP_SMT_789_Padshop2.vstsound
This 2 files are standard after installing cubase 13 in that folder.
Do you miss those files?
