Padshop 2 license disappeared from eLicenser, SAM can't verify upgraded license

so i’ve done that for several times:

  • eLicenser Control Center: Maintenance
  • Activation Manager: refresh
  • Activation Manager: sign out and then sign in
    but nothing changes:

    (Verification Pending)

And i try following:

  • eLicenser Control Center: Repair
  • eLicenser Control Center: Clean up memory
  • eLicenser Control Center: Update Database
  • eLicenser Control Center: deinstall and after restart computer, start Download Manager, which
    reinstall latest eLicenser Control Center

I suspect Steinberg (Yamaha) has a record of your license. E-licensers do fail. Can they not look up your license and provide it for the USB dongle? Then start process over?

The same thing has happened to me, Bewitcher has disappeared, Granular Symphonies and a monton of libraries. This migration thing is a complete disaster. I can’t access almost any of the bookstores I had bought. I’m very angry at Steinberg.
