I have alway used a foot pedal to turn pages in Sibelius while playing my scores. It simply engages page up and page down, however Dorico does not appear to have the ability to page up/down unless I’m missing something.
Page Up/Page Down should move the score just fine. Perhaps try changing the page arrangement to vertical rather than horizontal in the View > Pages submenu?
