panning issues

hello forum participants, the manual dosent give much info on panning, did check google but all in vain.

in stereo balanced panner by default its C and if altered goes R or L
And in stereo combined panner if altered goes by default its L - R and if altered goes R - R or L - L

can someone pls share some info on it means.

thanks,
suparna

Stereo balance panner attenuates one side of the signal. Stereo combined moves L and R independently, or keeps the relation between a given setting while moving both channels on the stereo base.
So in stereo balance, If set to full L or R, you only hear one channel af the stereo signal, the other on is attenuated.
In stereo combined, L-L means you hear both channels from the left side.
Very easy to understand by simply trying it.
