What am I missing here? I have the paragraph styles for both Playing Techniques and for Default Text set to the same font and size, yet they do not appear the same in the score.
What happens if you remove the overrides on your new paragraph style?
Playing techniques are drawn using the Playing Technique Font font style, from Library > Font Styles.
