Why do I get so many enharmonic notes when I switch from the general score to one of the single instruments?
If you have made changes to the enharmonic spelling in the part layout, then those changes will not apply by default to the full score layout, while the converse is true (i.e. changes made in the score do affect the part by default).
There are new tools in the Write > Respell menu to help fix these kinds of spelling problems, including propagating the spelling from the full score to the parts if that is what you require.
