Parts won't transpose and Engraving won't open

Hi. I have imported from XML and done a lot of work, but now I can’t get parts to print in transposed pitches, and I can’t get Engravin
Once In Royal Davids City and O little Town.dorico (1.5 MB)
Joy to the World Master.dorico (1.4 MB)
g tool to work for parts. HELP?!!

I’m not following. I opened the first project, and Clarinet 1 is displaying correctly (one sharp for concert F). And Engrave mode works as expected.
