I convert a pad to pattern then the yellow blocks show in the pattern editor.
When I press play on the transport,nothing happens,no play bar scrolling or sound.
Does not work standalone or when using Cubase.
Windows 11 Pro.
Reinstalled Groove Agent SE 6 and instruments.
Same problem.
P.S. decided to reinstall all my libraries.
Now Groove agent can’t see any samples.
And I can’t see the content loader in Groove agent 6Se.

Regarding the playback issue: Did you make sure that follow transport is enabled? Otherwise the pattern will only be played if you actually trigger the pad.
Regarding the libraries: Give the Media Bay some time to rebuild the database. If the content is still not showing up after a while, make sure the Media Bay is up to date and running in the background.
Edit: One more tip! The content loader, we call it media bay, can be hidden or shown by clicking on the folder icon in the top right corner. You can also detach it from Groove Agent SE 6, if that is the case, make sure the window is not covered behind another window.

I finally found the “Follow Transport” button.
Too focussed on the transport at the top.
Did not even know there was ANOTHER transport under the pads sheesh.
Yeah, it is a tricky one. Some people do not want to play automatically on transport, because they want to perform the patterns by triggering the pads. Automatic playback would be disturbing in that case.
Glad it works now for you and I hope you have a lot of fun building beats 
I do love Cubase.
Just need to get around the multitude of options available.
