Hi, there is an issue with the pitch bend on C13
when using the joy stick on midi keyboard Cubase is not taking the pitch to 0 value again, it stays up or going to 0 value gradually ( ramp ) curve. Any Idea?

This is a known issue, which suppose to be fixed in the next maintenance update.
Use the Jump mode for now, please.

Sorry, I’m not with Cubase at this moment.
Is Cubase13.0.30 still recording the Pitch Bend as Ramp by default? Isn’t it set to Jump by default now?
