Pb with the Crossgrade from Cubase Pro 12 to Nuendo 12 from last summer

Hello,
I have a problem with a support member handling my request.
I have bought in last august the crossgrade from Cubase Pro 12 to Nuendo 12.
The support maintains that after this crossgrade I should not have keept my Cubase Pro 12 active, that Nuendo activation replaces Cubase license.
But in august many people attested here they were keeping their Cubase license, being able to use either Cubase Pro 12 either Nuendo 12 ?
If you bought this crossgrade last summer, have you still Cubase license ?
