PC Wont recognize UR-44

Worked yesterday and then I had to re-install EZ Drummer 2 from a 64 bit to a 32 bit so it would work with my mixcraft 6 pro which I like better than Sonar by far.

I downloaded the up to date driver & firmware and NOTHING.
I don’t have time for this. Tried 3 different cables too. Then with the Sweetwater tech on the line for 30 minutes we tried everything and it wont recognize it.

This is a new build as of 2 days ago
4.0 GHZ
16 GB RAM
Plenty fast

Tried the obvious? Uninstall everything then do a clean install the proper way (disconnect the UR first when running setup, reboot with UR connected.

Also try a USB 2.0 port instead of a USB 3.0.

Btw. Which OS? 86x 64x?
