I am using 13 pro and I was wondering if there is a way to flag peak meter readings with color in the mix console.
If while checking some tracks have gone above zero to positive values it would be good if they turned red so we could see at a glance which tracks need adjustments.
If you have many tracks it is not so easy to check the small prints
Windows:
Menu->Edit->Preferences->Metering->Appearance
Also, if you right-click on the meter in the console, when the context menu pops up, select “Global Meter Settings”.
I am talking about the number in blue circle.
I have it on hold in global meter settings, but I want it colored if above 0
Oops. Me not reading a post properly.
The thing is that it is not necessarily bad if a channel goes beyond 0dB. So a red color would help some but others would only start to worry for no reason.
Still, you can tag your topic as a feature-request and vote for it.
of course it is not bad for sure, but I like to keep things tidy, because in the end all sum up.
But not a thing to start requesting changes. Just wondering if there is somewhere there
