I’m struggling to create a slur across piano staves. I’m familiar with cross staff slurs (see first slur in picture) but can’t seem to create the slur I’ve drawn in red…can anyone help? I’m using Dorico Elements 3.5.1.

I can’t think of a way of doing this in Elements. In Pro, there isn’t a semantic way of saying “despite the fact that both the first and last notes of the slur are on the bottom stave, the slur should cover both staves”, but it’s easy to drag the middle of the slur up in Engrave mode.
Thanks pianoleo, I thought that this was probably the case. I’ll just cope for now as a slur is not worth £400-odd to me, but those engraving options are quite tempting from a teacher’s point of view…
