Is there a way to display percussion notation on a five-line staff only for certain passages, rather than for the entire part?
I would like multibar rests to appear on a 1-line staff, but cue passages to be displayed on a 5-line staff.
Is there a way to do this?
If you want a 5-line staff for the cues, the trick is to add a pitched instrument to your player and to use it to display the cues:
