performance meter overload with 8.20 update

I downloaded 8.20 updater and found that my performance meter overloads with 8.20 update and the playback hesitates. My installation worked fine until the update. Also, the ‘readme’ Adobe pdf will not display due to error of Steinberg’s posting according to Adobe. Has anyone else found this overload situation and hesitations? Has anyone read the ‘readme’? Is there a way to cure the problem?

Windows 7 32 bit, Intel Core 2Quad, 4 gigs, REM Fireface, everything worked fine before update from 8.10.

Exactly the same thing for me. All worked fine too until the update.

Windows 7 Professional SP1 64bits, Intel(R) Core(TM i7 3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz, 16,0 Gigs, ADM Radeon R9 200 Series, UR22 updated.
