Persistent graphic or page-attached text frame across Page Templates

I would like to place a certain text frame or graphic on EVERY page in a layout - and I want to do it from the Page Templates. Currently I have to create it from scratch on both the “First” page template and the “Default” page template in both the Default Full Score set and the Default Part set. Four iterations! You cannot copy and paste between sets. (you can between pages in a layout, but not the Master Page templates)

And between projects, I need to make slight changes in that Text frame, which again should be identical across all four of the page templates (score and part). For now, that means changing the frame four times.

I hope that makes sense. It would be useful to have a customizable library of tokens, which I could just plug in to those text frames, and just change the content in a single location for the project.

You can create custom Sets of Page Templates to import into any project that needs them. If one feels confident going a little ways into the back end of the program, one can even combine all the custom sets into one and load that as the default in every project.
