Let`s say you want to phase allign snare mic with overheads. Is there an easy way to do this in Cubase?
The one plugin I can recommend is Auto-Align by Soundradix. Works wonders on drums and any kind of material. Other than that, you have a nice pair of ears that are free at no cost 
I second that. Really good VST3 plugin for this. Doing it by hand is nearly impossible to get it right.

Has anyone used the Melda plugins for Auto Alignment? They have MAutoAlign it came in a bundle I just got but haven’t used it yet. at MAutoAlign | MeldaProduction makes it look good. They make some really nice plugins. The Auto-Align by Soundradix has a pretty cool looking SPECTRAL DISPLAY - it is almost 3x the price.
