I am once more re visiting my goal of having a basic physical controller to control the DMG EQ in particular.
Also perhaps a limiter such as Elephant or the Oxford.
The goal would be to have a kind of Weiss set up … except in this case the display is on screen.
Does anyone have actual experiences with the Steinberg products in this context … and in combination with a Windows 7 and current WL 8.5.
A colleague has also suggested the Killamix midi controller from Kenton http://www.kentonuk.com/products/items/midicontrol/kmix-mini.shtml
But, I have no experience with midi implementation within WL or how practical that would be.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
