Pedal lines should continue the activation of the relevant pedals for the duration of the continuation line, even if the score contains rests. So if I apply the sostenuto pedal on a note with an 8th note duration followed by several quarters of rest, all marked by the continuation line, that note should continue to sound. Of course in the case of the sostenuto pedal it is understood that the pedal is depressed only after the key is depressed.
So for the VSL Synchron Pianos this requires a CC#66, which is confirmed in the Dorico documentation. I have not been able to get the above scenario to work. Am I missing the implementation or is it not supported?
