Please make an elastic pitch envelope available in the project window. Pitch automation is essential for all SFX design, and basically all the major DAWs have it. The pitch shift in offline processing doesnt cut it because one cannot easily sync it to the video frames. (Actually just pulling the DOP envelope to the project window would be enough i think.) This and subprojects are the only two reasons I currently use Reaper for my SD drafts.

You could try PitchDriver plugin. I use it for SFX design.
Doppler and voiceDesigner are very helpful too.
