I don’t know why, but when I add VST instrument tempo sets to 1.000 from time to time. Strange behavior. Anyway, problem solved.

That’s weird. I would recommend you to try Safe Start Mode and try to disable Preferences. If it works and you don’t lose lots of your personal Preferences, then I would recommend you to trash the Preferences.
