Trying to get the Tguitar playback template to load without erasing the settings for other vst instruments in the score. When I try to load the T guitar template, after adding it to the score, it erases all of the other instrument vsti’s and settings in the score. Why is the provided template on the resources page, not an expression map?

It sounds like you need to construct your own playback template that combines the setup for TGuitar with whatever other sound sources you want to use. You can do this using the Edit Playback Template dialog:
