Player labels at Flow start?

Is it possible to show abbreviated player labels on Flows 2 and above?

I would like to have this, as the flows here are just scenes of Acts (of an Opera).

Set Layout Options to put abbreviated staff labels at the start of each flow. Then put a System Break or Frame Break on the downbeat of bar one of the first flow, then go to the properties panel (with the Break signpost still highlighted) and set the Staff Labels property to Full.
