Player limit in Dorico 5 Elements

Hey,
I am digitalizing a orchestral score and need 29 players in my project. In Dorico 4 Elements there is a limit of 24 players overall, which should be gone in Dorico 5 Elements according to Vergleiche die Dorico-Versionen | Steinberg

Now I have upgraded from Dorico 4 Elements to Dorico 5 Elements but the limit is not gone, even not when I am creating a new project and try to add more than 24 players.

Have I understand something wrong or is there a bug?

I already get 27 player with Dorico Elements 5.0.20. I will try more now
Now here are 32 Player, many of them duplicated.

I don’t know if there is a limit with 24 different instruments
maybe rebooting helps.
