Is there a way to display only one side of the playing techniques shown above and below?
Even if I ungroup it, it won’t change.
In the case of a unison displayed on two staves because it follows a divisi in the same system, the bottom staff is logically a clone of the upper one, so I don’t believe you can modify anything independently (even in Engrave Mode, playing techniques will be selected in pairs). So if you want only one playing technique, I think you need to restore a divisi for that note.

How do I restore a division?
By “restore” I mean: create a divisi on that note.
You can do it by alt-clicking an existing Divisi Signpost, or selecting the note, right-clicking, Staff > Create Divisi. Then apply an unison on next note.
