Please help me understanding my Dump file

hi, my Cubase is crashing every couple of minutes.
their is a link of my dump file

thanks

Did you rename the crash dump file? Can you re-upload it with its original name?
And if it is not too big you can attach directly to the message, no need to use a file hoster.

I saw the other topic now. Did you use ProcDump in order to create this?

thats the origoinal size is like 384mb so cant attach direct

yes i made with procdump. because cubase not creating any dump from last 1 week. last one its create is
Cubase 12.0.70.464 64bit 2024.1.27 23.02.23.554-freezedump.zip (987.4 KB)
if that help us out.

What is SpliceBridge for? Is it an audio effect?

nah its a splice app interconnection to listen sample in tempo

Well, that was the last thing being used in your freezedump file.
You might wanna try to start Cubase without 3rd party plugins in order to see if switching between projects (obviously you’d have to create some without your 3rd party plugins) is working then. It might be SpliceBridge or another plugin that is causing trouble.

  1. Quit Cubase.
  2. Launch Cubase, and hold down Ctrl/Cmd-Alt/Opt-Shift.
  3. In the Plug-Ins section of the Safe Start Mode dialog, activate Deactivate all third-party plug-ins.
  4. Click OK.

alrite, what i did i open two projects just in normal mode. try switching with or without splice bridge. they all went good. i tried couple of time it didnt crash this time. only crashing on that heavy project.

now i open that heavy project its all good now. i switch now its work. the last plugins i removed from project was rx 10 clip , repair assistant , ozone 10 that fix the problem.
is their any solution to use rx10 de-clip with cubase without delay in play.

No idea. Sorry.

latest dump as i put back rx10 click
Cubase 12.0.70.464 64bit 2024.2.4 17.00.53.525-freezedump.dmp (3.9 MB)

This last dump indicates that Cubase was putting its task into a state of waiting for something to happen, that apparently never happens.
So, it’s in the Cubase.exe.

yea its mentioned rx10. its been nearly a year to me dealing with rx like that. they are good but very incompatable at same time.

That particular Warning line only means that you don’t have the source code of the .dll on your computer. You can simply ignore it.
