Hi, I just bought Cubase 13 update from cubase 9. And I can’t activate the product, I followed the instructions on Stenberg’s website and still can’t activate it.
The activation period is 3 days, I don’t know what will happen after 3 days. Can anyone help me, guide me to activate it?

Firs of all, ensure, you own the “Cubase 9” license, you updated from. Could you attach a screenshot of the eLCC, where we can see the original license, please (Blur the Soft-eLicenser Number and the USB-eLicenser Number, please.)

If you want someone to be able to help you’ll need to describe exactly what happens when you follow the steps from that article.
At which step is it failing, what error do you see??
- Open the Steinberg Download Assistant.
- Enter the Download Access Code at the top left.
- A dialog box opens, prompting you to activate the corresponding license. It also shows an Activation Code. You don’t need to write it down.
- Click on the [Upgrade] button.
- An eLicenser Control Center window opens. The Activation Code has been filled in automatically.
- Select the license you want to update/upgrade.
- Click [Continue].
- Click [Upgrade License].

Yes, thank you. I followed the steps in order, and it failed at the last step when Select the license you want to update/upgrade… And elicencer said update failed.
can you help me via teamview? i am in vietnam and it is very difficult to edit it.
So it opens elicenser and the activation code is shown filled in?
Does it give the error before or after you select the Cubase 9 license in elicenser?
