Okay, so I’m not a professional by any means haha, but
TL;DR my interface picks up signal from instrument, and interface is selected in cubase, but I’m unable to record.
I just upgraded to Cubase 10 pro from Cubase artist 6 (I haven’t done this in a while) and after I upgraded everything was working perfectly, but then I updated my Mac to Catalina 10.15.1 and all of a sudden I couldn’t get a signal? I was using my old Tascam US-1800 and figured that might be the problem since its so out of date, but I JUST bought a brand new Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 3rd gen, and I’m still having the same problem? I can play audio through the 2i2 and it come out my monitors just fine, but I get nothing from the input.
any help would be appreciated.
