i have just verify, and in the VST and Midi there is the folder vsti name but the folder is empty, for exemple "native instruments "appear but kontakt is not here …
i have send the diagnostic file from my mac but the file comme from Windows 10.
i have 2 windows 10 computer and this is the same problem .
And what if you click on “Native Instruments”, does it not further unfold?
Since Dorico 4 we don’t show the list of plug-ins in one flat list any more but categorized by vendors/plug-in type. So you have to click further to get to the actual plug-ins. Do you understand what I mean?

And in the mix console there is some Vst too. with the same system.
So sorry but a lot of them are still missing
For exemple, the plug in alliance folder is not here, the softube folder is the same, in fact i have A B C ans D letter. All the other (a lot) are missing
